This year
our Massage and Beauty Therapist Sophie is offering a range of treatments to
help improve health and well-being whether you are looking to relax and unwind,
de-stress, detox or re-energise.
Massage therapy in particular can help with many physical and psychological conditions such as muscle pain and stiffness, headaches and migraines, anxiety and depression as well as insomnia, IBS and poor circulation.
Sophie is a level 3 qualified beauty therapist and studied at the
Northern College of Beauty Training in Spa, Holistic and Beauty Therapies.
Sophie has joined us from a five star spa on Lord Derby’s estate near Liverpool.
She is trained in Espa and Thalgo which are some of the best product ranges in
the world so is well qualified to pamper the Chilly Powder guests and relieve
their aches and pains this winter.
Our
treatment room is located on the ground floor of Chalet Au Coin du Feu, in a
cozy quiet area. It is directly opposite our sauna and separate shower room. Sophie
is available between 9.00am and 11.00am
and between 4.00pm and 8.00pm each day for treatment bookings. She can also be
available outside of these times by prior arrangement.
As we have
just one Therapist and treatment room, we encourage our guests to pre-book
their massages and treatments early to avoid disappointment. Sophie’s list of

Swedish Massage 50mins - €50 or 30mins - €35
The therapist applies light to medium pressure to work out
any stress and tension within the muscles aiming to leave you feeling relaxed
and ache and pain free.
Aromatherapy
Massage 50mins

A luxurious massage designed for ultimate relaxation. The
therapist uses aromatherapy oils to work deep into the muscles, relieving stress
and tension.
Sports/Deep
Tissue Massage 50mins

Post ski pains? This whole
body massage should leave you feeling re-energised and ready for another day on
the slopes. Our therapist concentrates on areas of chronic tension
which
needs extra TLC.
Indian
Head Massage 30mins
- €35
An indulgent half hour of relaxation, this head, neck and shoulder
massage is designed to remove stress and tension and make you truly feel like
you’re on holiday.
Zone Therapy 30mins
- €35
Similar to reflexology this treatment is used to re-align the
energy flow of your body, removing stress and tension.
Apres Ski 50mins
- €50
This massage concentrates on areas of lactic acid build up in the
back and legs followed by a luxurious foot massage to soothe feet that have
been trapped in ski boots all day long.
Back,
Neck and Shoulder Massage 30mins
- €35
A more focused treatment than the full body massage
using firm pressure to relieve aches and pains. It's the perfect treatment for
'knotty shoulders'.
Facial 50mins

A relaxing treatment in which the therapist uses a variety of
cleansers, toners, exfoliators and masks to improve your skin condition.
