The ground floor has 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed. The open plan large living kitchen and dining area is large enough for the whole group.  

On the first floor there are 2 apartments which mirror one another:

The left hand side has a small kitchenette and a dining room area with comfortable seating too, a double bedroom, a separate bathroom and a mezzanine with a single bed and bunk beds. 

The right hand side has a small kitchenette and a sitting room area with large comfy leather sofas and a DVD player, a double bedroom, bathroom and a mezzanine with twin beds. 

Both apartments have secret snugs for the children to read or play board games in.
